Would you like to return the consumables? We are happy to comply with your request. Please note the following return policy.
Please understand that we cannot process unannounced shipments. In order to process your return quickly and effectively, please fill out the following form.

Important notes:

• Supplier reason: If the reason for the return is a supplier mistake, please fill out the form below and Lotus will contact you to arrange the return of the goods. After receiving and checking the goods, a credit note for the invoiced value will be sent to you.
• Non-Supplier reason: If the return reason is not caused by the supplier, please fill out the form below and send the goods back to our address. Please note: we only accept returns within 30 days from the invoice date. After receiving and checking the goods, Lotus will send you a credit note for the invoiced value of the goods. 20% for the handling cost will be deducted with a minimum deduction of 15 euros. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
