The innovative mask press LTS 138 MS is based on our most functional, modular press LTS 138. With special conically shaped heating and pressure plates, high-quality antibacterial face masks can be produced. For this purpose, mask blanks made of special polyurethane fabric are fixed by heat and pressure. This gives the mask its typical shape and the permanent antibacterial, odourless coating.
During the transfer process, the smooth-running pressure arm automatically locks into place, so you don’t have to hold it down continuously. To release the pressure arm, simply lift it approximately 2 cm. The built-in spring mechanism will then hoist the heating plate automatically. No strength is required to raise it. The pressure can be continually adjusted with an easily accessible dial.
The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control transfer time and operating temperature. High-quality heating technology provides quick warmup. Even and constant operating temperature is guaranteed as well as extended durability of the heating elements.
The digital temperature control is also equipped with an acoustic and optical signal to indicate the unlocking of the transfer process. The time of unlocking is thus clearly indicated, which makes your work even easier.
Thanks to modular design, only a single press is required to print shirts, jackets, bags, lanyard keychains, and even caps: Different heating/printing plates can be exchanged quickly and conveniently within 2 minutes - without additional tools!
