SEF FiberPlus

SubliPrint Flock is a printable flock film. It has been specially developed for digital printing with sublimation inks. Motifs can be printed on the film by transfer printing. The dense flocking results in a color-brilliant print result.

SubliPrint Flock is a polyester flock film, has a velvety surface and a high opacity. The film also has an excellent resistance to yellowing.

SubliPrint Flock provides perfect adhesion to various fabrics not treated with silicone, including cotton, polyester compounds, acrylic blends, fleece, and many more.

Processing instructions:

The motif is printed mirrored on suitable transfer paper and transferred onto SubliPrint Flock at 190-210 °C, 30-40 seconds and low pressure. After the printed flock is cooled and dried (approx. 4 h waiting time recommended) the motif can be cut in the plotter. For this purpose, crop marks are required which are to be printed in advance together with the motif. Finally, apply the finished flock motif onto the textile at 160-170 °C, 15-17 seconds and medium pressure.
