The LTS 750 PSA is a professional pneumatic transfer press which offers several special features:

1. Firstly, the LTS 750 PSA is equipped with perforated or vapor-permeable heating and pressure plates as well as silicone rubber mats. This allows the rapid withdrawal of annoying fumes or odors that can occur during the fixation in the DTG process. Note: This press is also available as the LTS 750 Perfor without the suction device described in the next paragraph!
2. The LTS 750 PSA also has a suction device that allows various options:

• Reduction of the emission of vapors to be released (in the DTG process) by suction into a tank located under the unit.
• Suction and thus "holding" of thin textile fabrics on the printing plates to enable printing, e.g. for silk fabrics. This helps avoiding unwanted wrinkling during printing.
• The suction feature also helps in the application of rhinestones or Swarovski stones. These remain - thanks to the suction - on the fabrics in position and thus can be optimally fixed.

In addition to the above-mentioned working situations, all conventional transfer processes can be carried out with the LTS 750 PSA efficiently and comfortably. Thanks to the two pressure plates, a fast working process is possible. While one of the fabrics is pressed, the next one can be pulled up.
