The Dae Ha DTF film offers exceptional quality and versatility for the printer. This film allows for fast and hot peeling (hot-peel) and can also be peeled warm or cold, depending on the production method. With the highest ink absorption on the market, it guarantees transfers of the highest quality without ghosting or ink residue on the film. The matte/matte coating ensures that the film does not slip through the DTF machine, and the heat-stabilized PET prevents the shrinkage of the image design after the printing process. Additionally, the film leaves no residue on the surface of the transfers or the garment after heat pressing.
The Dae Ha DTF film is equipped with certified recycled polyester and Oeko-Tex Standard 100, confirming its safety and environmental friendliness. Thanks to the efficient and consistent coating technology, you save costs on ink, hotmelt powder, and energy. The film can be applied at low temperatures of 120°C, and an even lower oven temperature of 75°C is possible if the printer settings and print room conditions are optimized. This film allows for clean printing of the smallest designs and letters and offers excellent color matching to the original artwork.
