With most Lotus interchangeable presses, you can also use a cap/cap set. There are different designs for pneumatic and manual presses. The standard size is approx. 13 x 9 cm.
With the cap set, the pressure plate shoe can be adjusted forwards and backwards. This solves the problem of the different heights of the "front sides" of the caps: the transfer motif can be optimally positioned below the curved heating plate by adjusting the shoe.
