Sublithin Matt is a sublimation resistant, printable transfer film with a blockout layer. The material can be transferred even at 135 °C and is thus ideally suited for the application on to colored polyester fabrics such as polyester jerseys or softshell jackets not treated with silicone.
Sublithin Matt is a PU film, has a matte surface and offers a pleasantly soft, textile touch. It is ecologically harmless, certified according to Oeko-Tex® standard 100 class 1. The film also has an excellent color stability.
The material is particularly suited for systems with solvent or eco-solvent inks, e.g. Roland, Mimaki or Mutoh. Additionally, Sublithin Matt can be printed with latex inks.
Sublithin Matt provides perfect adhesion to various fabrics not treated with silicone, including cotton, polyester compounds, acrylic blends, fleece, and many more.
