Siser P.S. Lumen (Glow in the dark) is a phosphorescent (luminous) transfer film. It is easy to weed and has a sticky polyester backing.
This film is only suitable for larger motifs, which are not too detailed.
This film is not suitable for sublimating textile (see Blockout Vinyls).
