Poli-Flex® Reflex Colors are retro-reflective transfer films suitable for application on textiles such as cotton, non-impregnated nylon, polyester/cotton blends, and polyester/acrylic.
Poli-Flex® Reflex Colors is ideal for lettering on T-shirts, jerseys, sports and leisurewear, sports bags, and fan merchandise. The reflective layer consists of metallized glass microbeads, coated on the back with a heat-activatable adhesive. By laminating a transparent PET film on the reflective side, the film can be cut with all common plotters. We recommend using a flock blade (60°). After weeding, the cut flex film is transferred using a heat press. The PET film should be removed cold.
For nylon fabrics with an impregnation, a suitability test should be carried out beforehand. This film is not suitable for sublimating textiles (see Blockout Films).
