Sublithin Matt is a sublimation resistant, printable transfer film with a blockout layer.
The material can be transferred even at 130 °C and is thus ideally suited for the application on to colored polyester fabrics such as polyester jerseys or softshell jackets not treated with silicone.

Sublithin Matt is a PU film, has a matte surface and offers a pleasantly soft, textile touch. It is ecologically harmless, certified according to Oeko-Tex® standard 100 class 1. The film also has an excellent color stability.
The material is particularly suited for systems with solvent or eco-solvent inks, e.g. Roland, Mimaki or Mutoh.
Additionally, Sublithin Matt can be printed with latex inks.

Sublithin Matt provides perfect adhesion to various fabrics not treated with silicone, including cotton, polyester compounds, acrylic blends, fleece, and many more.

Processing instructions:

Print and cut Sublithin Matt. After drying and weeding, remove the print with the help of an application tape (TTD Easy) from the polyester backing, position it on the textile and apply with a heat press. Remove the polyester backing warm.

Note: To prevent the so-called sublimation migration (discoloration of the transfers with the textile color - for example, red jersey colors white transfer motif to pink) please do not pre-press the textile.

Turbo Print Blockout

Turbo Print Blockout is a sublimation resistant, printable transfer film with a blockout layer. The material is transferred at 130 °C in 5 seconds and is thus ideally suited for the application on to colored polyester fabrics such as polyester jerseys or softshell jackets not treated with silicone.

Turbo Print Blockout is a PU film, has a matte surface and offers a pleasantly soft, textile touch. The film also has an excellent color stability. The material is particularly suited for systems with solvent or eco-solvent inks, e.g. Roland, Mimaki or Mutoh.

Turbo Print Blockout provides perfect adhesion to various fabrics not treated with silicone, including cotton, polyester compounds, acrylic blends, fleece, and many more.

Processing instructions:

Print and cut Turbo Print Blockout. After drying and weeding, remove the print with the help of an application tape (Poli-Tack, TTD Easy) from the polyester backing, position it on the textile and apply with a heat press. Remove the polyester backing warm.

Note: To prevent the so-called sublimation migration (discoloration of the transfers with the textile color - for example, red jersey colors white transfer motif to pink) please do not pre-press the textile.

With EcoPrint-Flock you can produce high-quality flock transfers for textile printing. With its excellent elasticity and its soft grip EcoPrint-Flock is a great alternative to flex.

EcoPrint-Flock has a velvety rayon-viscose flock surface and is very easy to use. The film has a high opacity and is ecologically harmless, certified according to Oeko-Tex® standard 100 class 1. The material is particularly suited for systems with solvent or eco solvent inks by e.g. Roland DG, Mimaki or Mutoh. Additionally, EcoPrint-Flock can be printed with latex inks.

EcoPrint-Flock provides perfect adhesion to various fabrics not treated with silicone, including cotton, polyester compounds, acrylic blends, fleece, and many more. This film is not suitable for sublimating textiles (see Digi-Blockout oder Sublithin matt)

Processing instructions:

Print and cut EcoPrint-Flock. Let the print dry at least 12 hours before it is further processed (e.g. transferred, rolled or stacked). After weeding, remove the print from the paper backing (if need be with the help of an application tape), position it on the textile and apply with a heat press. When applied without application tape, please cover the print with a silicone sheet. Otherwise remove the carrier film cold after pressing.

Tip: Due to the structure of the flock surface colors appear not as brilliant as on printable flex films. This is improved by double printing of the motif.

Pressing recommendation:

• flex material for inkjet digital printing & cutting systems with solvent, ecosolvent or HP Latex based inks
• for transferring onto nylon, light silicon treated garments (K-ways, sport bags, umbrellas, training jackets, etc.)?and leather
• Note: containing phthalates, not suitable for the production of toys or any other article specifically addressed to childcare!
• not suitable for sublimated textiles (see Blockout Films)

Print and cut Colorprint PU Extra SP. Let the print dry at least 12 hours before it is further processed (e.g. transferred, rolled or stacked). After weeding, remove the print with the help of an application tape (TTD Easy) from the polyester backing. Warm up the fabric for a few seconds before applying with a heat press. Remove the polyester backing warm.
Please remember that test prints are absolutely necessary, due to the various silicone treatments for outdoor nylon materials.

Pressing recommendation:

• thin polyurethane film for solvent, eco-solvent or HP latex inks
• only 5 seconds transfer time at 120°C
• low temperature and short time minimise shiny spots, damage to fibres and decrease or loss of textile properties
• available with matt or glossy surface
• not suitable for sublimated textiles (see Blockout Films)
