Our customers include market-leading textile producers or finishers in the following sectors: fashion, lifestyle, sports, science, and art & culture.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams in Berlin suchen wir zu sofort:

> Service technician // Technical support employee

The position is open-ended, with an employment of 37 hours per working week. For suitable applicants, we are also happy to offer this position as a part-time position or as a working student position with 20 - 30 hours.

> Tasks:

  • Installation, training, maintenance and repair of large format printing systems, cutting plotters as well as transfer presses and laminators.
  • Processing service and support cases in the Berlin area
  • Advising our customers on their technical questions regarding the printing of textiles and objects
  • Maintenance and demonstration of our demo systems in the showroom

> What you bring with you:

  • driving licence (car)
  • good, structured work organisation
  • knowledge of MS Office programmes and graphics software
  • very good German and very good written and spoken English
  • Italian would be an advantage, but is not absolutely necessary
  • quick comprehension
  • very good customer orientation
  • friendly, sympathetic appearance
  • positive and inspiring spirit for our brand & products

> Training and experience:

whatever distinguishes you, we are looking forward to hearing about it ;) otherwise, it would be nice if some of the following points apply:

  • completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, printer, or similar, or completed technical studies
  • Alternatively, high technical affinity and experience in the technical field
  • several years of experience in (technical) customer service
  • preferably experience in printing with plotters or digital printers

Working hours:

  • Mon-Thu 9 - 5 pm and Fr 9 - 2 pm + 30 minutes lunch break each

For reinforcement of our service team in Berlin, we are immediately looking for:

- a back-office team member

The job is initially limited to 12 months, with an employment of 37 hours per working week. For suitable applicants, we are also happy to offer this position as a part-time position or as a working student position with 20 - 30 hours per week. The transfer to an unlimited employment relationship is planned.

Tasks:

  • Reception: You are the first "voice" that our customers hear from Lotus and thus shape the first impression. You take calls and forward them to the various departments.
  • Orders: Together with your colleague Francesca you process incoming shop orders electronically.
  • Purchasing: You represent Francesca in purchasing when she is absent and you order the goods that our warehouse manager André needs to fulfill our customer orders.
  • Offer preparation and sample dispatch: Our templates make the offer and sample dispatch very easy. You support us in this.
  • Management assistance: You support Odette und Bernhard in their work.

Your qualifications:

  • very good customer orientation
  • friendly, sympathetic appearance
  • if possible, experience in customer contact
  • very good German and good English in speech and writing,
  • Italian would be an advantage but is not absolutely necessary
  • independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
  • hands-on mentality
