The semi-automatic LTS 150 Slide Perfor with swivelling heating and pressure plate is particularly suitable for fixation in the direct printing process. This is because it is equipped with a perforated heating and pressure plate as well as specially developed vapour-permeable foam pads (see picture). This makes it easier for the vapours released during fixation to escape. Since the fixing vapours can cause paint particles to come off with conventional lacquered heating plate covers, the Lotus perforating presses are designed with a solid Inox heating plate cover.

In addition, this Lotus press is ideally suited for sublimation and other transfer applications. Thanks to the modular design, you can also print shirts, jackets, bags, lanyards and even caps with just one press. Different printing plates can be exchanged quickly and conveniently. The textiles can be conveniently mounted on the free-standing printing plate. This way, only the cut-out to be printed lies on the printing plate: existing transfer prints are protected in this way; print creases, which are often caused by "double layers", are prevented.

The swivelling feature makes work easier in two ways. By swivelling to the side, the printing plate is no longer covered by the heating plate. This makes mounting the textile even more comfortable, and you also have a view of the entire textile. Positioning the transfer is thus much easier. You can easily set and monitor the transfer time and the working temperature on the clear digital display.

Thanks to the high-quality heating technology, both a fast heat-up and an even and constant working temperature with a long service life of the heating elements are guaranteed. Lotus grants a 10-year guarantee on the heating technology.

Optional accessories: in addition to the original printing plate, you can purchase replacement printing plates in a wide range of formats. Common variants are the square breast pocket format and an elongated format for sleeves and trouser legs. New is a format for ladies or "girlie" T-shirts as well as a trapezoidal printing plate for umbrellas. We will be happy to produce your desired format or size on top of these.
